The World Cube Association, has organised competitions and kept the official world records since 2003. As of January 2009, 350 million cubes had been sold worldwide making it the world’s top-selling puzzle game and widely considered to be the world’s best-selling toy.
Cabbage Patch Dolls is a line of dolls created by American art student Xavier Roberts in 1978. It was originally called “Little People”. The pudgy-faced doll brand went on to become one of the most popular toys of the 1980s and one of the longest-running doll franchises in America.
Hacky Sack came from the 1972 inventors of the ‘Footbag’, John Stalberger and Mike Marshall. Although Marshall suffered a fatal heart attack in 1975, Stalberger continued the business. At a later date, Stalberger sold the title to the company Wham-O. The name Hacky Sack has become a genericized trademark, and can refer to either the footbag or a footbag game. The classic hacky sack circle consists of two or more players that keep the footbag off the ground without using their hands.
